As a South African chef, I cherish my culinary heritage and meld it with the flavours of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. From fresh ingredients sourced sustainably from local markets to simple dishes that pay homage to our mothers—each recipe is made with humility and love in order create powerful experiences around food. Through these meals I hope to bring people together by offering timeless moments that explore flavour, texture and culture alike.

I stand inspired by those who have come before me, striving to drive change through creativity in thought and execution. Every day presents a new opportunity for evolution - think and cook with love.

ENTER A WORLD OF FLAVOURS

In all my projects I had to fully immerse myself in the owners vision. This requires a deep level of respect and understanding of people, origin and culture. Exploring traditional ingredients and flavours from two distinct heritages, I built my teams carefully and crafted menus to provide a modern take on classic South African delicacies. I always focus on conscious preparation methods, I strive to capture the essence of old-world traditions in new creations that guests can savour.
